What is included in the price?

We offer one simple licence agreement, with a single monthly payment inclusive of utilities, rates, building maintenance, daily cleaning, security and office infrastructure.

What type of IT connection do you have?

We offer a simple broadband solution for your company that provides you with a fibre service that is fast, resilient and ready to deploy within the space of a few hours. We can provide you with your own dedicated network across multiple ports, allowing you to network computers and printers.All our services are fully managed and have the benefit of built-in redundancy and zero install or connection charges.

Can you provide us with dedicated bandwidth?

Yes, we can provide you with a dedicated bandwidth service.You can select a service that will guarantee 10, 20, 50 or 100 MB of symmetric bandwidth.The Centre Manager will be your point of contact with regards pricing.We also have a network team that are available to assist with any specific network configuration requests.

Can we create internal internals walls/partitioning?

Yes - we often receive requests to provide internal offices or to make changes to existing partitioning.Airivo use approved contractors who are able to carry out these kinds of changes and any specific requirements can be discussed with the Centre Manager.The Centre Manager will be the point of contact to discuss the costs of these works.

Can you accommodate us if we need to expand?

Yes, provided we have space available.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit equivalent to two month’s licence fee.

How does billing and payment work?

You will be invoiced around the middle of each month and your invoice will include advance charges for your licence fee and any recurring services for the next calendar month, as well charges in arrears for any services charges incurred (call charges, postage etc).Payment for your invoice will be collected by Direct Debit around the 1st of the month.

Do you have car parking?

Yes, we have car parking available at all sites; however, spaces are subject to availability.

What security measures have you got in place?

All sites have state-of-the-art security with door access control, intruder alarms, CCTV and PA systems.
