Naveen Bhandari

Naveen is the founder and MD of Airivo and has been involved in providing office solutions for SME’s and corporates for over 15 years. He has a very hands-on approach and puts a huge amount of focus into ensuring the team are delivering an environment which is right for our clients. He assumes responsibility for the company’s operations and development strategy and his background in Finance assists in ensuring the organisation has a robust model and is well managed.

Naveen is very proud of the company’s very high client retention ratio and believes that we probably have the highest ratio in the industry. His vision is for Airivo is to provide organisations with a very simple, efficient workspace solution and to deliver a high level of customer service.

Stephen Moyse

Stephen is a Senior Manager at Airivo who takes great pleasure in overseeing the operations side of the centres, as well as providing support for the management team. His objective is to attract new business to the centres as well maintaining a high level of satisfaction to the existing customers by deploying a mixture of experience, technical knowledge and bad jokes.

He has worked with the company since its inception in 2003 and has over twenty years’ experience working in the serviced office industry, working with various serviced office providers throughout London.

Kate Akul

Kate is a Senior Manager at Airivo whose role revolves around assisting in the overall operational management of the portfolio. Kate is also responsible for dealing with group legal, surveying, insurance, procurement and cost management matters. Kate also works closely with the Directors to offer support and assistance during company transactions.

Kate has a passion for operations and enjoys highlighting and resolving inefficiencies within the organisation and prides herself on developing and training her colleagues to allow them to flourish within their roles.

Spencer Tagg

Spencer is responsible and leads the operational aspects with the centre management team. Previous to joining Airivo, Spencer headed up a property division within Hertfordshire’s leading Enterprise Agency providing support to SME’s across the region.
With a keen interest in military aviation and a budding cyclist, when not busy with his family, he can be seen visiting airshows and riding around the countryside.

Evelyne Belaud

With over 15 years in the serviced office industry. Evelyne has gained a wealth of experience in managing successful Business Centres and delivering 5* customer service. Creating a friendly yet professional environment and ensuring our clients are cared for have remained Evelyne’s main focus over the past few years. Oriel House is the newest addition to Airivo’s portfolio and as the Centre Manager, Evelyne played an integral part in the setting up of the centre and ensuring it is well managed.

Katerina Halkova

Katerina is our Birmingham Centre manager, responsible for all aspects of running the facility, looking after our clients and facilitating new business moving into the centre. With a number of years’ experience within the industry, working for a variety of different providers, Katerina adds a breath of experience and dynamics to the operation.
A budding cook and someone who enjoys travel without being confined to package holidays and booking in advance, Katerina like to fly to a destination and sort everything out when she gets there!

Mary-Anne Lipnicki-Collard

Having worked within the serviced office industry for over 15 years, Mary-Anne is an experienced Centre Manager who is at ease dealing with a wide range of elements within the serviced office industry. Having joined the company in 2013, Mary-Anne’s role includes the sales and management of Gable House and more recently, Boston House. Responsible for overseeing the running of the centres on a day to day basis and ensuring all clients’ needs are handled effectively and efficiently, Mary-Anne is passionate about what she does and endeavours to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.

Olga has gained a wealth of experience in management and leadership roles and has developed the ability to motivate employees to achieve business and personal goals through utilising her training and development skills. With over 2 years’ experience in the serviced office industry, Olga takes pride in her role of Centre Manager at Boundary House, ensuring that the quality of our product and services are delivered in a friendly and professional manner and our onsite team is on hand to make sure that your business functions seamlessly.

Anik Patel

Having joined the Airivo family recently, Anik brings over 5 years of experience in the serviced office industry. He has experience working in the flexible office sector in sales, operations and management as well as working in an independent brokerage assisting clients in finding their ideal office. During his spare time, when not dabbling in DIY, he enjoys BBQs and sports. He is also an expert poker player - beware poker enthusiasts!
