Bandwidth

Default bandwidth service is by means a compromise. We provide you with a fully managed service that delivers more than enough bandwidth for the subscribed number of users, meaning no concerns over download/upload/buffering speeds.

Service is ready for immediate delivery and is up and running as soon as you need it.

Our minimum provision at each site is a 1GB pipe, with a secondary fibre failover, for extra resiliency.

For bespoke requirements we provide a range of Dedicated Broadband Packages.

Your company will benefit from a dual path for fibre and voice for extra resiliency.

Network

We provide you with your own internal network (VLAN) allowing your company to network computers, printers and other devices across our service.

No set up fees

We do not charge set up fees for our telephone and bandwidth services.*

*charges apply for setting up Public IP addresses and other bespoke network configurations.

Phones

We provide digital telephones that make use of SIP technology that deliver features such as conference calling, call forwarding and voicemail. Each phone is a direct dial and there are no charges for programming changes. We can also assist you with porting existing number ranges to your new office.

Each site deploys the latest in security technologies, including:
